- Inspection of all quality related procedures & Inspection test plan
- Prepare & document test reports as per ITP & GAD.
- Testing of quality of materials, processes & workmanship.
- Maintain quality in accordance with Company Quality System
- Develop, implement, and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the fabrication of Instruments, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.
- Estimates manufacturing costs, determines time standards and makes recommendations for tooling and process requirements.
- Uses DFx principles to reduce manufacturing and/or product costs, and improve delivered product quality.
- Interfaces with engineering team to coordinate the release of instrument improvements and new instruments.
- Develops and uses quality test procedures on the final products before dispatch.
- Evaluates work methods, procedures, participates in the development and maintenance of new and existing production process.
- Determines root cause and corrective action analysis for issues that arise during production planning, manufacturing process, final assembly and testing.
- To work with engineering team on the design and development of test fixtures and coordination of test fixtures sourcing activities.

- Performs and reviews detailed design & development of Instruments (Level gauges, level switches, thermowell, RTD, TC, Sight flow indicators etc.) & machined parts.
- Documents & maintain the design process, iterations, and test analytics.
- Prepares drafts for technical reports, design specifications documents, and operational manuals.
- Checks and ensures the documentation of Files in Physical as well as System bases is done efficiently.
- Checks BOM is prepared in an efficient manner.
- Designs products by optimizing the use of available raw materials and machines.
- Works with draftsman to ensure that drawings accurately reflect expectations.
- Provides technical leadership, trains, mentors, and takes initiative to assist junior design engineers.
- Sound knowledge of design standards & engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent command over Solidworks, AutoCAD, MS Office
- Excellent in reading, interpreting and the engineering drawings.
- Must know Microsoft Office software (i.e., MS Word, MS Excel. etc.)

- Understand the GA drawing, prepare BOM and execute the manufacturing of level instruments.
- Ensure proper wiring and connections, adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Ensure proper welding and fabrication job while executing orders.
- Perform testing on instruments such as Hydrotest, Differential test, Functional, IR & HV test.
- Responsible for ensuring accurate functioning and efficient operation of instruments.
- Fill and sign the Final overview, BOQ, MDS before dispatches.
- Contribute in management of spares inventory along with collection/deposition at stores.
- Ensure proper housekeeping through instrument cleaning.
- Ensure on time scheduling & planning of manufacturing activities as per delivery dates.
- Diagnose, repair faults or malfunctions in instruments and replace defective components.
